Pip 2.0 (kinetic art installation) (2023) Sculpture par Float Installation Art

After 6 years of making large-scale drawings. After finding a Thuisbezorgdbox, I unexpectedly switched to making interactive kinetic art installations. My kinetic art installation are made from materials found on the street, which come to 'life/movement' through the addition of technology.
I often use a disruptive way to activate an installation.

By bringing electricity wires into contact with water, The last sufferer is activated. By stroking the metal camera housing, Pip (2.0) is activated.
In addition, I use motion detectors to make my work respond to the visitor.

Artist statement:
My work is a mirror/reflection of the needs and behavior of the people around me. I consider people as a temporary chemical consciousness in an absurd environment. My work is about: emptiness, distance, anonymity and meaning.
