Christopher Fernandez

Christopher Fernandez is a contemporary socio-realist artist. He studied at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, from which he graduated. Being a free-lance artist, he devotes himself in producing creative works through drawing, painting, sculpting, installation art and performance art. His aesthetic influences and working methods consciously respond to waking hours of social realism as he often meet present-day criteria of political issues in relation to historical values.

Artist statement (Works)

My works is capable of conveying with poise opinions which differ from the injustices of their social environment. In effect my taste of art serves as means of modifying an individual's internal state in such a way as to permit him to tolerate social settings that i would otherwise find unbearable.
