.
Poseidon realized the deception and in revenge made Minos' wife, Parsifae, fall in love with the Cretan Bull. So it was. Parsifae had a cape made of cowhide to attract the Bull. From the union of the two was born Mauro, a beautiful boy with horns. Minos did not give importance, at first, to the appearance of the child because he was also quite animal.
.
Years passed and Mauro (Little Eyes, to his friends) grew up to be a handsome young man (with horns and hair on his face). As life in Knossos was quite boring, he liked to go to have fun on weekends with other young people in Mykonos.
.
When Minos found out about his son's wanderings, he tried to pay for a vacation in Lesbos to change his tastes. He did not succeed. Minos then realized that the son was not his and had a huge labyrinth built to imprison Little Eyes.
.
Theseus, bartender of a pub in Mykonos and in love with Little Eyes, decided to go to free him. He entered the labyrinth with a skein of thread woven by Ariadne, a famous "Madame" of the time. He managed to free his love and they returned to Mykonos where Little Eyes could finally run free. He ran around so much that maybe that's why there is no grass in Mykonos.
