Nació en Rusia en 1958 y empezó a pintar desde niño.
Su primera exposición fue en la Universidad de Moscú donde estudió el artista.
Pero su carrera está muy alejada del arte: Serg obtuvo un doctorado. en ciencia.
En 2009 Serg decidió revivir sus habilidades pictóricas y volver a pintar.
Todas las obras a la venta son de este último período.
Serg vive en Moscú, Rusia y Kiev, Ucrania.
Miembro del Sindicato de Artistas de Rusia.
