Andrei Yeletsky's paintings are in 150 private collections and art museums in Russia and other countries of the world: USA (Seattle, Falls Church), Germany (Aachen, Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe), France (Elone), England (Clevedon, Cheltenham), Finland (  Porvo), etc.

Member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia. Was born in 1952 (Revda, Sverdlovsk region).  Professional musician and artist. He began to paint professionally at a mature age, during immigration to Europe.  For over 10 years he lived in Venice and France.  He currently lives and works in Yekaterinburg.
Hundreds of works by Andrey Yeletsky have been shown at exhibitions in many countries of the world. The greatest recognition of the public and curators was received by the paintings "The Tsar's Family", "Greetings from Yura Gagarin" and works with the plot "The Lady with a Bent Neck".
