Why was my subscription billed automatically?

When you order a subscription, you have the option to choose "Recurring Subscription": this way your subscription will be renewed automatically and you will avoid the risk of having an interruption of service. 

Our services are offered without any commitment of duration: You can cancel at any time. 

Cancel a subscription:
The subscription will be cancelled immediately and will not be rebilled, the service remains valid for the duration you have already paid. You will receive email notifications to renew your subscription when the expiration date is near.

1. Go to the section MY ACCOUNT > MY PURCHASES
2. Click CANCEL AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION next to the service you want to cancel
