How to give the account administration back to an artist?

You can allow an artist to take over full administration of their account. The artist can then upload images and content, receive messages and manage transactions themselves.

Please note :

• He can still appear in your party, but you won't be able to edit his data.
• He can entrust you with the administration of his account again at any time.

If the account was created by the artist himself

He already has an active email, so all you have to do is give him back the administration of the account:

1. Go to   MY ARTMAJEUR > ARTISTS
2. Click on the artist to modify
3. Click on SETTINGS
4. Click GIVE UP ADMINISTRATION at the bottom of the page
   

If the account was created from the Multi-artist account

You must add the artist's email to their account, so they can reset their password:

1. Go to MY ARTMAJEUR > ARTISTS
2. Click on the artist to modify
3. Click on SETTINGS
3. Add the artist's email --> The artist receives a request for confirmation of his email
3. When the artist has confirmed their email, go back to the artist's SETTINGS section, and click on GIVE UP ADMINISTRATION at the bottom of the page
