Recently, erotic photo artist Nora NESS, who takes only erotic self portraits in front of the mirror, has initiated a fruitful co-operation with dutch photographer and artist VISUALCLASH. In this co-operation the artists are creating very extraordinary and sensual erotic art works, some of them can already be see at . Soon, their own website will start where art dealers and art collectors can see more of this very special work which combines the erotic fantasies and visions of both artists in a very attractive way. Nora NESS, who is already called the female Helmut Newton, because of her unconventional erotic work, is very pleased that she found such an talented artist like VISUALCLASH, who is not only very professional but also very successful. The combined erotic art work is going to move boundaries of conventional erotic art. Especially the combination of the sometimes very provoking self portraits of Nora Ness and the dark visions of Visualclash give their work something totally new, which haven't be seen so far.

Aim of this co-operation is the creation of a portfolio of very extraordinary sensual erotic art. Soon, their own website will go live, where art dealers and art collectors can see these very special works, which combine the erotic fantasies and visions of both artists in a very impressing way.

Nora NESS, who is already called the female Helmut Newton because of her unconventional erotic work off the mainstream, is very pleased that she found such a talented artist like VISUALCLASH, whose work is not only of a very high quality, but also very provocative. VISUALCLASH is inspired by dark erotica, which is also a theme in the photographic work of Nora NESS. Their work is speaking, is telling the viewer who is willing to let himself fall into the picture, a fabulous erotic story.

The erotic art works of both artists seem to belong together. Yes, it seems they have been made for each other only, you can see and feel this by looking at this fantastic erotic art. Eine sehr interessante Zusammenarbeit haben jüngst die Fotokünstler Nora NESS, deren erotischen Selbstportraits immer mehr Anhänger in der Kunstszene finden, und VISUALCLASH, Fotograf und Fotokünstler aus Holland, gestartet. Ziel dieser Kollaboration ist die Kreation eines Portfolios außergewöhnlicher und sinnlicher erotischer Kunst. Schon in Kürze wird speziell für diesen Zweck eine gemeinsame Webseite, die die Künstler in Anlehnung an Noras Kunst im Spiegel Mirrotica getauft haben, an den Start gehen.

Kunsthändler und Kunstsammler haben auf dieser Webseite die Möglichkeit, sich die außergewöhnlich surreal sinnlichen Werke der beiden Künstler anzusehen. Die bereits erstellten Werke vereinen die erotischen Fantasien und Sichtweisen beider Künstler in einer äußerst beeindruckenden Art und Weise.

Nora NESS, die wegen ihrer so unkonventionellen erotischen Arbeiten bereits als der weibliche Helmut Newton bezeichnet wird, ist hoch erfreut, mit VISUALCLASH einem so außergewöhnlichen und hochtalentierten Künstler begegnet zu sein. Die Arbeiten von VISUALCLASH sind nicht nur von hoher Qualität, sondern auch ungewöhnlich provokant. A self taught photo artist with an eye for the beauty of the female body. I'm Nora Ness, born in germany but living in the states for some years now. Ever since I can remember I've been attracted by the naked female. My self performance, created in front of a mirror, seeks to capture true erotic moments and passion, and catch the eye of those who aren't ashamed to look. What differentiates my erotic art from the mainstream of erotic photography is my intention in the creative process, and the fact that I'm both photographer and model. Being model, photographer, stylist and artist at the same time produces an uncommon kind of art. A big portion of creativity, a little bit of exhibitionism and some table spoons of voyeurism are the necessary attributes for my erotic performance.

Provocation is an important aspect to my work as well. I use the mirror to let people look into the mendacious moral of our society. Erotica and nudity aren't nasty at all; the contrary is true. Erotica and passion are among the best things nature has given us, and we shouldn't be ashamed about the feelings which erotic art can stir inside of us. We should enjoy these fantastic feelings for as long as we possibly can.

Another important aspect of my work is to show people that erotica and passion are independent of age or the shape of your body. Don't believe that only young and slim bodies can be erotic. We are all erotic human beings whose bodies are made to give and receive pleasure. Our bodies are erotic art created by the greatest artist in the universe, nature itself. Evolution has created so many individuals - each one of them is original, beautiful and precious. I realise a provocative self performance that ranges from pure nudity to real erotic moments, but my work has nothing to do with pornography. My work is only breathtakingly erotic, sensual, and full of real passion. Pornography, for the most part, deals with male sexuality and is mostly flat, not deeply erotic. I show my body, my erotic feelings and my passion with the eyes of a woman. You should be able to look at it without being scared. Glamour nudes and porn don't stimulate the mind at all - they contain very little depth - but good erotica is richly deep and full of real emotions.

For me, erotic art has to vivify our sexuality by arousing our minds - as the mind controls the body. Only if an erotic art work is capable of doing this do I consider it to be erotic art. Society has repressed eroticism for so long that many people have problems with erotic art. Just by looking at it they feel ashamed and guilty. In my opinion this is the most important reason why erotic art hasn't yet found its place in the art scene. But things are improving. Increasing interest in my own work is showing this. As a scientist, it is interesting and surprising at the same time to explore my erotic feelings and emotions. You can learn a lot about yourself and your sexuality if you not only feel, but also observe how you react to erotic stimuli. I am often asked if my art work isn't totally different to my work as a scientist. On the contrary, my art is like a series of scientific experiments; each image has to be planned very thoroughly, and yet the outcome is always unknown.
