Foster + Partners, in collaboration with Yinka Shonibare and Michel Desvigne, has been appointed to design the national memorial dedicated to Queen Elizabeth II. Located in St James’s Park, this project pays tribute to the legacy of the sovereign through a symbolic journey combining architecture, landscape, and contemporary art.

A new bronze statue honoring Queen Elizabeth II was unveiled in Oakham, England, depicting the late monarch with her favorite corgis. This is the first in a series of statues and memorials across Britain that celebrate the queen's legacy eighteen months after her passing.
