Hidden for centuries, Artemisia Gentileschi's original masterpiece, 'Allegory of Inclination,' is now revealed through groundbreaking restoration techniques, including a virtual unveiling of the artwork. The restored masterpiece takes center stage in the 'Artemisia in the Museum of Michelangelo' exhibition, aiming to shed light on Artemisia's extraordinary talent and contributions to the art world.

"Water Lilies #1", which measures almost 15 meters wide, is the largest Lego work ever made by Ai. It will be on view when the new exhibition by Chinese artist Ai Weiwei opens in April at the Design Museum in London.

The way the painting is put together is similar to other works of art from the time. It uses diagonal lines to show off the woman and show how she is moving both toward the canvas and away from it...

"I am directly inspired by pop art and pop culture of the 80s. I work a lot on the characters and personalities that marked my childhood and that of many people. Often the objects and figurines included in the resin are the same than those I played with as a child. I also tackle more recent subjects, even current ones, but always in a pop and retro trend".
