For my sale on Artmajeur I followed the procedure indicated on the site itself. It was not necessary to carry out any investigation on the buyer's reliability as the sum had already been paid into my PayPal account within 24 hours.
On average, I enter the Artmajeur site 3/4 times a week, or whenever I receive a comment or one of my works is inserted in a virtual gallery. As for the image management system I would say it is good and easy to use. I would certainly recommend Artmajeur to other friends, which I have already done.
Certainly by being part of Artmajeur you realize that you are part of an international community. I am aware of this both from the comments my works receive and from the nationality of the artists who select my paintings for their virtual galleries. In addition, my two sales were all made abroad, the first in France and the second in Germany.
My experience is quite limited having only sold two works directly to clients abroad. Personally I believe that having the possibility of a direct relationship with the public is important. Thanks to Artmajeur it is not necessary to go through intermediaries who could profit from the artist's work. This fact I consider a very important characteristic of Artmajeur.
I have no particular advice to suggest to Artmajeur, it seems to me that your work is very well characterized both for the seriousness and for the safety you offer to your customers.
