Née à Rouen, mon chemin artistique à commencé au côté de peintres post impressionnistes.
Dans les années 80, j'ai intégré les Ateliers Des Beaux Arts de la Ville de Paris et me suis engagée très tôt au sein d'associations d' artistes dans des projets communs et solidaires.
C'est dans les années 90 que j' ai trouvé ma voie dans l’expressionnisme abstrait, ayant quitté peu à peu la représentation de l'objet, laissant celui ci éventuellement revenir dans un travail traversé, remanié, par mon Inconscient.
Aux sources de mon travail, il y l'Expressionnisme Abstrait, et l'Action Painting.
Ma peinture est «empreinte» du travail de l'Inconscient. Il s'agit de donner forme aux traces laissées après coup, par toute perception, ou émotion, de jouer avec les sens et le sens, d'aller de la matière au signe.
Depuis les années 2000 je travaille sur la césure; je transgresse le rapport à la surface de la toile pour emmener le regardeur dans un espace imaginaire.
Installée depuis 2003 en Bretagne, à Dinard, l'environnement marin dans lequel je vis influence souvent mes recherches de couleurs et de matière, recherche de contrastes entre la fluidité, la transparence et l'opacité brute.
Depuis trois ans, j'explore la poésie et la culture bretonne, en collaboration avec une auteure Bretonne : Maï Ewenn, ce sont les séries de "Haïgas" et de cartographie mentales de Bretagne.
