Frequently Asked Questions
What are the advantages of leasing works of art?
- Financial Flexibility: You can enjoy exceptional, high-value works of art without a large initial investment.
- Tax Benefits: Receive potential tax benefits as rents can be deducted as a business expense.
How are the prices of monthly payments for leasing works of art set?
- The costs depend on the value of the work, the duration of the leasing contract, and any services included such as installation.
Can we buy the work after the leasing period?
- Yes, on ArtMajeur leasing contracts offer a purchase option at the end of the contract, allowing customers to acquire the work at a determined price (residual value).
How are the safety and insurance of works managed?
- Insurance during the duration of the rental contract is the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore important to check the details of your insurance contract to be sure that your leased works are covered in the event of damage.
What are the conditions for terminating the leasing contract before its end?
- Unless there are specific conditions, leasing contracts for works of art commit the client to payment of the entire price of the work; payments are therefore due until the end of the lease.

About the author
Cévenole and Gardoise, I was born at the foot of the Château de Portes. Childhood shared between city, countryside and mountains.
Secondary studies in the Gard.
Artistic training: fine arts (Nîmes, Lyon, Paris) and decorative arts (Paris)
Additional training: Stained Glass Training Center in Chartres
Driven by my teachers, I am heading towards two very distinct but not incompatible paths: my own creation and teaching.
As a "Globe-trotting" artist, I open workshops in turn in: Antibes on the Côte d'Azur, Montbrison in the Loire, Abbeville in the Somme. Periods during which I participate in various activities in primary and secondary schools as well as in Museums.
Then it is in Lille that I will put down my brushes for 18 years. Rich period where I will occupy the position of artistic director of a school and continuing education establishment by preparing students for the various entrance exams for art schools and opening the eyes of adults to the various "Art Professions".
In 2006, by a combination of circumstances and choices, I find myself in Moissac cité Romane "city of art and history", in which the Town Hall opens the doors of its Museum to me for a special exhibition on the roofs of Moissac. During the school holidays I open my studio to listeners who want to learn or improve in the field of arts: drawing, painting, watercolor, tempera, decoration, trompe-l'oeil, calligraphy... But one day you have to think about yourself....
From now on I devote myself fully to my artistic creation which is always evolving and I remain attentive to my loyal collectors who come to visit me regularly.
