Né en 1958, agrégé d'arts plastiques, artiste peintre et plasticien.
Exposant depuis 1985, essentiellement dans l' ouest ( Finistère- Mayenne- Maine et Loire) mais aussi Paris, Marcoussis et Barbizon. Travaux figuratifs explorant divers supports (bois de récupération, tissus, papiers, cartes IGN, formica...) et par séries thématiques : ruines de cités, silhouettes et personnages en tension, plantes, animaux et éléments naturels (vagues, arbres). Dans des formats divers, allant de grands patchworks de draps peints (jusqu'à 7mx3m) à des dessins sur papier format A5.

Vit et travaille dans le sud de l'Ile de France.
L'une des préoccupations centrales est de confronter la force du dessin, l'impact sensible des couleurs et la réalité des matériaux et supports.
La plupart des travaux sont des fragments de séries ou eux-même constitués de fragments assemblés ( patchworks).
