Né à Pertuis en 1996, Clément commence la photographie dès son plus jeune âge. À 19 ans, il intègre l'école de photographie : l’ETPA de Toulouse où il découvre la photographie argentique qu'il n’a depuis jamais quittée. Après une année sabbatique durant laquelle il a aiguisé son écriture photographique,il sortira diplômé en 2020 avec une mention du jury. Il s’installe alors en région parisienne et commence son activité d’artiste photographe.
Depuis l’obtention de son diplôme, et la sortie de l'autoédition Brûlés, co-écrit avec Clélia Lebreton, ses travaux ont été plébiscités dans le cadre d'articles sur le web, dans la presse et dans des magazines photographiques. Clément est un des lauréats du festival ManifestO 2021 à Toulouse, avec son travail sur les grands brûlés, la série “Phoenix” et l’édition “Brûlés”. Il l'expose par la suite dans un festival à Besançon, et dans une galerie à Aurillac.
En 2022, il est lauréat du prix ISEM Jeune photographie documentaire pour Images Singulières, à Sète. Il expose ensuite dans le Festival de Fronton, puis au Musée Albert Schweitzer, à Gunsbach et finalement dans le festival Papier(s)Photo à Gaillac.
Début Septembre, Clément pose un pied en plein Paris dans le cadre d'une exposition collective avec Action Hybride; Carcasse.
