French national, born in Germany, I studied fine arts at the École de l'image in Épinal, in the Vosges. Called by my profession, I left to settle in Switzerland for 25 years.
Attracted by travel, I learned photography during my travels around the world but more particularly in Asia. I learned framing and the most important element: light. As you will have understood, I am self-taught.
The most striking scenes that I was given to see were in Lhasa in Tibet, in Sulawesi (Toraja country) in Indonesia, in Puri in Odisha or in Karivelur in Kerala in India.
I continue my passion with joy by trying to go always further in the technique of light.
