Cherchant une nouvelle frontière entre le naturel et l'abstrait, je m'appuie sur une palette lumineuse pour animer des tableaux à la peinture à l’huile ou plus récemment en numérique, où je joue avec les couleurs.
Je trouve dans la nature, ses éléments, son mouvement, la plupart de mes motifs d’inspiration.
Ce sont également ses beautés inattendues que j'essaye de capter dans l'objectif de mon appareil photo. J'aime bien photographier certaines curiosités : arbres, écorces d'arbres ou fleurs.
En art numérique, je compose à partir de mes photos des tableaux qui peuvent être imprimés sur différents supports (toile, alu dibond...) et en différents formats.
J’aime le concept de passer d’une image figurative à une représentation abstraite de cette image. Derrière le visible, il y a l’invisible aux yeux. Derrière les vérités du réel, il y a la vérité du cœur. Je m’attache ainsi dans mes tableaux à déconstruire le réel pour mieux reconstruire une nouvelle réalité, exprimer ainsi mon imaginaire et ma sensibilité.
Je participe activement à l’association ARTELANDES qui regroupe des artistes proposant la location d'œuvres d'art. Les objectifs de ce groupe sont de faire connaître les artistes mais aussi de démocratiser l'art en offrant à tout un chacun la possibilité de faire entrer l'art chez lui.
Mes courants picturaux préférés : impressionnisme, fauvisme, pointillisme.
Quelques uns de mes peintres préférés : Claude Monet, Paul Cézanne, Vincent Van Gogh, Georges Braque et Zao Wou Ki.
