Self made artist, I've been painting all my life. During my studies, I had to choose between hotel school and art school. At the time, I chose the hotel school and eventually entered the profession of chef. Also a form of art but on a plate. In my spare time I always continued to draw and paint. Also in my spare time I took a number of courses in the field of painting and drawing. In 2013 I took a break from work. In this period I had a lot of time and then I started painting more actively again and I found my own way in abstract expressionism. Finding a creative balance between shapes, colours, lines, shades, and textures. That's my form of painting. All my paintings are built up in layers with mixed media so that you get a nice structure with depth.
