- Tax Benefits: Receive potential tax benefits as rents can be deducted as a business expense.
How are the prices of monthly payments for leasing works of art set?
- The costs depend on the value of the work, the duration of the leasing contract, and any services included such as installation.
Can we buy the work after the leasing period?
- Yes, on Artmajeur leasing contracts offer a purchase option at the end of the contract, allowing customers to acquire the work at a determined price (residual value).
How are the safety and insurance of works managed?
- Insurance during the duration of the rental contract is the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore important to check the details of your insurance contract to be sure that your leased works are covered in the event of damage.

About the author
I was born in 1951 in France, in a small medium-sized town: Royan, located by the sea, at the mouth of the Gironde, 120 km above Bordeaux.
Luckily, apart from baptism, my parents didn't impose anything on me, I grew up in total freedom. I like to say that I am a curious and above all tolerant Catholic Christian.
My second chance is the beauty and diversity of the landscapes of this region. Large beaches but also coves, large forests but also cliffs and rocks.
As far as my memory allows, I have the memory of a strong spiritual appetite which only grew thereafter. Consequently I devoured many readings centered on spirituality, wisdom, religions but also painting. My two passions, spirituality and painting were born and would accompany me all my life. At the same time, I did graduate studies in an engineering school.
I have held various management positions in IT, sales, management and finance.
Between 2000 and 2011, I made several pilgrimages to India and stayed in several ashrams. I came back imbued with the sublime energies of the temples.
My paintings are numbered chronologically to remind them that they constitute a journey and a sibling. Each painting is a journey or a thought, it is named and commented on. I know that each painting is the depository of a beneficial energy.
Oil and not acrylic? It is a question of the elements, fire and not water.
My masters in painting? The big ones of course, Vincent, Pablo, Henri and Maurice. Maurice de Vlaminck for whom I have a real affection and whose landscape paintings under the snow transport me to the depths of our countryside.
My tastes for my contemporaries are very eclectic: Basquiat, Hernan Bas, Maurice Estève, Georges Item, Joseph Crépin, Polock, Bacon, Roerich, Speedy Graphito, Philippe Pasqua, George Condo.
