About the author
Sébastien Mouraud is a professional photographer whose main motivation is to make people rediscover things that surround them but that they no longer look at.
Particularly addressing the themes of the plant in all its forms, his work on black and white reflections is distinguished by a visionary lighting.
Sébastien Mouraud was born on April 25, 1977. A cabinetmaker by training and a graduate of the craftsmanship certificate, his first passion was sculpture. Then he started photography in the 2000s as an autodidact. He then joined several photo associations. His beginnings were in film and he switched to digital in 2010. What fascinates him in photography is the reflection, work he has been pursuing since his beginnings. He has made several exhibitions in Brittany and was selected for the Photolab competition in 2018.
