Mon activité de peintre fut d'abord menée en parallèle avec ma profession d'instituteur. Elle a réellement commencé en 1983, date de ma première exposition dans ma ville d'adoption :Laval.
S'en est suivi une série d'expositions dans cette ville, puis sur le département de la Mayenne : participation aux salons d'Ernée, obtention du prix de la ville en 1999, à Château Gontier, prix de l'Office Social et Culturel en 1985 et prix de la ville en 1988, une exposition à l'orangerie du Musée- École de La Perrine de Laval, achat de deux œuvres par la ville de Laval.
Puis sur le plan régional et national et international : Sélection Grand Prix de la ville de Rennes en 1986, exposition au Palais des Congrès et de la Culture du Mans, participation au salon de l'Aquarelle à Trégastel ( sélection Grand Prix International de la peinture à l'eau), une exposition itinérante en Espagne avec AAA53, Au Centre Cultural de Lorca À Murcia, divers autres lieux dont des hôtels, ( Beach Hôtel de Trouville, Hôtel Oceania de Brest, Sofitel Diététique de Quiberon), des foyers culturels etc.. et enfin Paris (participation au salon d'automne en 1985, Galerie Visconti rue Visconti en 2004)
Aujourd'hui installé en Bretagne ( Camoel, dans le Morbihan).
