My name is Michael Maync, and I am a SWISS Artist creating my own inspired ACRYLIC PAINTINGS in various sizes, with no reference. I live in tropical Chiang Mai, Thailand, reflected in my paintings which are very colouful and lively. As a child I lived in Caracas, Venezuela, followed by Paris, France and Bern, Switzerland, so I have a varied cosmopolitain/international outlook to life and art. I came to Thailand in 1969, and was immediately attracted to Buddhism and related art works. This is also where I started active collecting of Asian antiquities and creating my own paintings. At present I have about 35 of my own acrylic paintings for sale which are shown on Artmajeur. I mostly paint when I am inspired from a personal dream or visions and hope my creative paintings will appeal to many of you!
