"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

The Painter
Born at the foot of the hill of Montmartre in Paris, on September 1, 1951, Hervé Lamb' has devoted his whole life to visual art. For many years, his creations as a painter were in parallel with a career in graphic design.
Hundreds of paintings on canvas, drawings, watercolors, sketches, studies have come out of his brushes, his knives, his pencils, his computer, and at certain times, his airbrush. Academically, Hervé Lamb' pursued his visual studies with a Master in Graphic Arts, under the direction of Master Pascal Bonnafoux.
His artistic practice has been strongly nourished by a long introspective journey and a deep reflection on representing the world around him. Using these values, he sought to transmit line, matter, and color at his painting workshop. He also taught painting for many years in a local house in Groslay, a suburb of Paris.
His works
Hervé Lamb's significant works can be seen on the website “artmajeur.com" where fifty some-odd paintings are visible, representing only a small part of his productions.
He worked often in the small village of Mons, located in the southeast of France, in a province called “Provence”. Like the great Van Gogh before him, he encountered the intense light of the South of France. He gifted one of his paintings, depicting Saint-Roch, to a church in the village. Hervé Lamb' was also inspired by the powerful light of the South during his stays in Tunisia. This taste for solar colors has remained with him, even when he paints in the regions Paris or Burgundy.
He has exhibited in numerous galleries, notably in France, Germany, and Chile; including the Delaunay Gallery in Paris, La Belle Epoque in Burgundy, and Les Dauphins on the French Riviera.
He also participated in various exhibitions and won many prizes, including the one delivered by the French commune of Montmorency with his painting "Montmartre à Montmorency". In 2020, he exhibited 63 paintings at the Château de Briare in Loiret, France.
He regularly publishes digital copies of his work on his social media networks
In his creations, Hervé Lamb' fully reveals multiple influences, his deep sensitivity, his exceptional professional experience covering various aspects of graphic production, and the richness of his inner imagination.
