Ch.ACO -14: The MOVEMENT of the future that is present In 2009, the Ch.ACO International Fair went ahead in one of its modules when talking about AI (Artificial Intelligence) and 15 years later it is already a fact, it is increasingly inserted into our daily lives. This confirms that contemporary works are the works of the future, a premise with which it started and continues to be part of Ch.ACO's DNA. For its 14th version, this pioneering international fair hopes to continue its consolidation and promote a MOVEMENT, which strengthens culture and visual arts at the national level and in other borders. To achieve this, during March 2024 we will expand and our home will be one of the most relevant nerve centers in the capital: the Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center (GAM), whose Alameda axis provides unprecedented political, cultural and historical value to the Fair. We seek to get even closer to citizens, who today are transformed to receive this giant of the visual arts that connects with the entire world from the future to make it present. Today the changes in being, power and technology, the rivers of information and fragmented discourses, are different from Ch.ACO, this being a permanent and broad space on the national and international artistic scene. A place, a MOVEMENT, where the transdisciplinary expands, the transmedial connects, the transregional travels, and the transgenerational converges to open a multichannel and continuous dialogue between disciplines, generations and localities, which favor the transfer of knowledge and experiences.
