Paris is one of my favourite cities in the world. I visit it very often as I get truly inspired before I commence my next piece of art. Paris is one of my favourite cities in the world. I visit it very often as I get truly inspired before I commence my next piece of art. In one of my latest trips to Paris, I visited a neighbourhood called 'Butte aux Cailles'. Butte aux Cailles is a village-like area in the southern part of the capital city of France that not many foreigners/tourists ever venture to explore. The area is also known for its open-air art. I came across a young woman walking down the street; She was attractive, effortless in her walk, classic and nonchalant and she was wearing these seemingly expensive designer feather-high heels. The contrast of the stylish high heels with the the muddy road, the graffitis on the wall, the remnants of posters and a cute bistro near by captured my imagination.
