Rooted in biomorphism and nature-inspired abstraction, the artwork features abstract organic forms that seem to shift and breathe. The detailed line art and natural geometry evoke a surreal ecosystem—part floral, part fantastical—speaking to the interconnected rhythm of life and transformation.
Rendered in a striking monochrome palette using ink and acrylic, this piece bridges contemporary illustration with a subtle nod to surrealism. It’s designed to draw viewers into a meditative state, while also serving as a compelling room decoration. As an emerging artist, I aim to create works that are not only visually captivating but emotionally resonant—anchored in movement, mindfulness, and continuous change.

EKATERINA NIZAMOVA is an artist from Saint-Peterburg, Russia currently living in Spain, Marbella. She works with paintings, sculpture and graphics with the deepest emotions, feelings and connetion with nature. The central theme of the works is the relationship between natural forces and humans, their interaction and dependence, how human creations interweave with the nature.
For Ekateryna art serves as emotional outlet. It is a way to process and express complex feelings that might be difficult to articulate through words alone. The act of creating can be therapeutic, providing a means to explore and understand one's emotions.
It is very important for her what materials she uses to create an artwork and she carefully selects it as well as her tools. She chooses time-tested materials as ceramics and oil paints, linen and wood. She values the fact that her works are not heavily affected by time and they do not damage nature and continues the traditions of old masters.
Growing her inner garden and creating her own world in her artworks and life, she invites people to come in and find something new for each other.
Ekaterina’s works are in private collections in Russia, Germany and USA
