This is one of several ink drawings that I created in 2014. These were not spur of the moment creations. Some of my work is like that, made by a sudden impulse. But these drawings don't fall into that category. I sketched my strange ideas, the story or illustrations that I wanted to show. And then I sketched them again. This time, they looked a little better. I continued this process (for each of these ink drawings) until I felt comfortable enough and confident enough to risk my very pretty and very (for me, a poor student) expensive paper trying to finish my project. I am pleased with the results but also unsure of where they went physically.
