Millions of women have engaged in similar situations, probably since the beginning of humanity. This is not "bad", "dirty," or some juvenile male fantasy in which the male gets to jump in and participate. This is what one type of human sexual activity looks like. It is a normal element in the human experience and for the participants, a very pleasant one. And, it can be an expression of genuine love and affection and a way of building the bond and understanding between them.
Representational art can be a dynamic tool for anyone having difficulty accepting such realities because, unlike photography, this isn't real. It is pigment applied to a blank surface. No human being except the artist and the viewer is involved and yet, in the mind of the viewer, it can be thought of as real or completely unreal, allowing the viewer to approach it in the way comfortable to them.
This is very different from the trends of non-representational art that seeks to "confront," "force," and allegedly "challenge," the viewer from a position of assumed superiority. Nonrepresentational art has many potentials of its own, but consumer-friendly persuasion and suggestion isn't one of them. In nonrepresentational art, I could make something looking like =//... and tell you that this is two women making love and your just stupid, ignorant, or prejudiced if you can't accept that.
Representational art, in representing elements of human visual experience, offers the viewer a second approach to the image in appreciation, (or otherwise), of the craftsmanship involved and the effects used and degree of fidelity to common visual experience. Neither form is necessarily superior to the other, but different approaches well suit the differences of potential viewers.
