Dianno A. Jakelj

was born 26. october 1972 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. He grew up in Jesenice. Till the age of 21 he was a hockey player and active sportsman. He loved to draw since he was a child, especially cowboys, Indians, solders and other different images. He liked clear lines; sharpened images and that helped him to get knowledge of fine drawing. He didn't know, why this gift was born with him till he started a family. He was in business with creating working dresses and sell of the protective equipment for different professions. Then his daughter became very ill. Beside the health problems, she had a grate artistic talent, so both he, and his wife started to create art with her. This was 16 years ago. The talent of the art creation was one of families’ bright points of life. At 2001 he and his wife invented the Foundation 4 Help 2 Children with the support and member sheep of the important people from hometown. Since than they are struggling hard to help mostly ill children and their families in different help needed areas from health, social care and education support.

Foundation in the fundraising is using the creativeness and knowledge, to produce the art products and realizes different unique ideas, because the donation support itself is very poor. In 2009 the foundation started to work with Swarovski Austrian crystals in the project ” Wipe the tear of ill little hero” and 2011 the foundation got the world charity license for crystal products ” Charity Jewelry & Products”. They are made with Swarovski elements. The volunteers are producing the jewelry as symbols of different kinds of help to ill children, T-shirts with the positive crystalized glamour inscriptions and painting artworks. Mentor for painting is the volunteer artist we are presenting.
Since his daughter got ill he was fighting inside with so many questions, feelings of joy in each little success of the daughter, feelings of sadness and pain. The thing that have brought to his life the most happiness was to create with a daughter, because this were their special times, filled with love, care, creativity, progress and hope. Joy in complete for all the family. One more member of the family came to their life and later the whole family was creating art till these days. In so plenty years, each one of them found its way to be creative. The youngest daughter is 13 now, she is very good photographer and enjoys in photo-shootings so much. The first-born likes to draw nature, flowers, acts, animals… so precise, that it seems sometimes that it is printed. Mother is creating love in different ways, telling stories over the paintings, as well as sadness in the eyes of her creatures. The paintings speak to teach. Finally the winner of the family contestants is the artist, from which the artworks we presents. All his life talented for the art, he newer saw as a boy perspective for quality living as the artist in the state we come from. In the years of creativity with the daughter, he started to believe in art lovers, he had to, because he needed to feel the vision of the daughter's future and believe, that as well over creativity she can accomplish in life independent and good future in covering of all her needs.

And to show her the prosperity with art works, he started to help the children over the foundation with his creative artworks, different and unique. So, he will show her, that it is possible to fell the joy of the future. It is very hard to prove that in our country, the art is not valued as it should be. The one, that can buy it and have an interest, are searching only for the already famous artist abroad. The foundation is proud that can show his works to the people that appreciate the art and hopefully collect the money to help the children. And so grateful for his efforts to create it and donate it to the foundation.

There is plenty mystery in his art. His creativity is full of passion and filled with:
* Many emotions, he is listening to the nature speaking, birds singing, water flowing, wind blowing, stars and sky observation…
* He is wondering about so many life secrets and mystery about human faith, hope, love, disappointment, anger, sadness, cry, laugh, pain, ecstasy…
* His study of the super natural spirits, ghosts, aliens, newer explained phenomena…

…everything express his huge minds and now as well his works. His artistic works gives you different feelings, depends of the mood of the observer, but they are made to comfort, caresses the soul, to give explosion of energies to the mind and body and to encourage thinking and creativity and as well playfulness. Deep thinking takes you to the world of the stories of this special created arts. You can have long discussions about the meanings and the images found in them. His artworks are filled up with his own style, modes, fillings, looking on no one, but the artist. The observers compare his artworks to the united style of Jason Pollack and Lee Krasner. At first critics, Dianno heard for the first time for them, he didn't know who they were. Interesting? Not at all, he came to his creations by himself over his life and taste for the creativity within himself. Pollack works, which we can observe moving around his art, are contrary from this artist artworks, because they are created by moving with the canvas. The abstract expressionistic art of Dianno is having similar deep that you can find in their paintings, the images you can see and came into the artworks created only with his unique technique are not specified. But we can see them in each artwork.

The specialty is, that Dianno knows exactly, how the creation will look like when it will be finished. The observers can only imagine and don't know that till the artwork is completely not only finished, but dry. Because if you look it from close, the image is completely different as when you look it from far. He knows as well how to create the image in the deep, put together with more layers and colors with mediums and additives and the drawings. This is completely a unique technique of the artist. To see from far it's dried creation meanwhile it is at the beginning of the creation of it, is a special talent when we compare it with classic painting, where the wet painting is similar to dry one and where you regularly see, what you are painting and creating. All his works are upgraded with hundreds and as well more than thousand Swarovski Crystals with the world Charity license. Crystals placed individually with hands and never randomly on the painting, each crystal becomes the important part of the images inside the painting and the light of the life and strong energies insight it. It glitters differently by day and by night-light and is enchanting the brilliance and glamor. They give life and magical tridimensional deep to the paintings, like you would float in the space between hundreds and more than thousand stars. Dianno is able to achieve this effect through more layers of acrylic with mediums and additives (like land, sand, rise and other natural substances) and very good knowledge about the colors, not only their consistency and combinations but as well their chemical specifications and specifications of the combination materials and other materials used in the procession of creativity of the art. His art looks deep, recreate the third dimension, it is superficial, you can feel the rhythmic movements of the artist and you can move over the paintings yourself. The real observer that looks to the painting deep, can swim or fly trough the spectacular area of energies and images in the never-ending deep.

The artist leaves to chance, from the start till the end he is controlling the creation, jet himself has a feeling, that something magically enters to the paintings he is creating. The paintings seem alive in their depths and the sparkles of crystals are like indestructible and infinite energy of the universe. Dianno completes his work in every detail in order to obtain something creative and fresh and unique. He puts upper described energies and his own personality obtained over life experiences into the paintings like the inventor himself in his unique, inimitable style and always beyond the ordinary borders to sense extraordinary. He is drawing the lines with micro, middle and macro tips. He is very precise and there are some works left behind, lovely and beautiful for the interior, which he doesn't wish to show to public. Some day they will for sore give the beauty to chosen interior as well, because other don't see, what he sees as a mistake in them.
What are his works talking about? He will say; ”about the power and magic of the universe, and living - the energies, that can never ever be destroyed”. And the effect of this awareness and plenty living mysteries are put into each of my work through my feelings. The work brings very strong loving and carrying intelligence into each of their new home.

In each painting there will be very much more good energies, because with each of them, Dianno is realizing his second love and aim in his life, the help to ill children in need. So tiny little children grateful soles of angels enter into the painting of each one, that choses to buy his work that he donated to the Foundation 4 Help 2 Children.
