Irena Aizen ist eine zeitgenössische russische Künstlerin mit tief verwurzeltem künstlerischem Erbe. Sie gehört zur dritten Künstlergeneration ihrer Familie. Schon in jungen Jahren tauchte sie in ein kreatives Umfeld ein. Mit zehn Jahren begann sie ihre formale künstlerische Ausbildung an einer Kunstakademie und setzte ihre Ausbildung an einem College in Russland fort.
Zunächst arbeitete Aizen als Illustratorin für einen Buchverlag in Russland, doch ihre künstlerische Laufbahn nahm eine entscheidende Wendung, als sie nach Israel übersiedelte. Dort baute sie ihre Karriere aus, indem sie ihre Werke in verschiedenen Galerien ausstellte und an internationalen Ausstellungen teilnahm.
Ihre Kunstwerke sind in namhaften Institutionen zu sehen, darunter im Museum für Russische Kunst in Jersey City, im Naive Art Museum of Latvia in Riga, im Tula Museum of Fine Arts in Russland, in der Galerie Natalie Boldyreff in Paris, in der Danielle Peleg Gallery in den USA, in der Tribes Fine Art Gallery, der Egozi Gallery und der Art & About Gallery in Tel Aviv, Israel. Darüber hinaus sind ihre Werke Teil privater Sammlungen in den USA, Kanada, Australien, Deutschland, Russland, Israel, Großbritannien und China.
