Художник Андрей Анатольевич Липко, родился в 1967 году декабря 12, в городе Воронеж в семье инженеров-строителей. Образование получил в средней школе №28. Художественного образования не имею. Живописи обучился самостоятельно. Первые годы творческой деятельности занимался суприматической графикой, сюрреалистической живописью, гравировкой по камню, резьбой по дереву, чеканкой, скульптурой.
Картины Андрея как жанровые, так и пейзажи, и портреты выставлялись первоначально на европейских выставках и вернисажах в Испании, Италии, Германии. Главным же образом личные выставки начались с 1999 года. Из них самая первая состоялась в октябре 1999 года в доме архитектора в городе Воронеж. В 2000 году переехал в город Самара. В том же году здесь прошла личная выставка в выставочном зале Союза Художников России. В целом, до сегодняшнего дня, персональных выставок было 10. Участвовал также и в совместных выставках с другими художниками, и на иностранных выставках.
