Artiste peintre autodidacte, ROSSO Berthe est née le 24 mai 1957, pratique cet art en loisirs et détente, depuis...maintenant quelques années.Ses inspirations viens de ses photos prises lors de ses voyages, de ses sorties.
Elle exprime ses émotions à travers sa peinture, elle laisse libre cour à son imagination. Ses tableaux, aux courbes et formes diverses, très colorés, apportent beaucoup de lumières, ils font naître de la gaieté, de l'énergie positive, et transportent le regard du visiteur à la rêverie.
Elle peint aussi au café. Le rendu est fort intéressant , d'une nuance de blanc beige et marron très prononcé avec beaucoup de contraste et de lumière dans des tons sépia , quelque chose d'assez nouveau et peu ordinaire.
De parents italiens, Berthe ROSSO habite longtemps à Paris. En 2002 elle s'installe définitivement à Montpellier ou elle participe à plusieurs expositions dans l’Hérault. Son travail a reçu de nombreux prix:
2014 le 1 ère prix au "prix de peinture d'automne "ART SINGULIER" a de Sète.
2017 le 2 ème prix de la municipalité au salon artistique à Montarnaud.
2018 le 2 ème prix de peinture du 8ème salon artistique de Monarc à Montarnaud
