Darina Moldabek is an artist for whom art is a constant journey. Sometimes it takes her to different countries, and sometimes — inward. Born and raised in Kazakhstan, she carries its visual code within her. Kazakh ornaments, steppe tones, deep symbolism — all of this becomes part of her language, but not as a direct quote, rather as a personal rethinking. In this process, her family heritage also plays a role — Darina is a fourth-generation artist, which gives her a unique connection to the traditions and history of art passed down through generations.
