Andrew Williams

I am a self taught emerging artist that loves to experiment with colour, mood and texture. Over the past two years my creative energy has returned and I have painted lots of Italian scenes, abstracts and impasto textured trees, I'm feeling confident about my abilities more than ever, hoping to go from strength to strength. Trees seem to be a recurring theme throughout my artwork, I am inspired by trees and water, some trees have a numinous spiritual quality and are hundreds of years old, trees are important in the grand scheme of things I feel and the reason why I paint them. I enjoy painting and creating a thing of beauty, my personal unique thumbprint and take on the world, I hope that comes across and you enjoy my work also.
