Biography
"It all started with a box of oil paints that my father gave me for my birthday", recalls the artist Corason alias Renate Schulz. Later she discovers the love for watercolor painting, which characterizes her current contemporary art.
It is the light and the changeability of the sea in particular that inspire the artist to paint: "At the ocean, the weather often changes from one minute to the next."< /em> This play of light and color is also reflected in her painting style.
Corason was born in 1949 in Lutherstadt Eisleben. The artist and mother of 2 daughters has been living and painting on the Baltic Sea in Graal-Müritz since 2008.
