Biography
Chamindra de Silva Abeyewickreme is a contemporary painter from Sri Lanka. He is a hyper-realistic wildlife artist focused on showcasing the unique beauty and wonder of wildlife. Predominantly working on subjects that are threatened or endangered, through which he strives to help conservation and create awareness.
His love and passion for nature was influenced by the natural surroundings, vibrant sunset skylines experienced since his childhood, rich multicultural, religious and ethnic history.
Chamindra de Silva Abeyewickreme was born in 1975, in Sri Lanka.
