The artist Alexander Bagno was born in Russia on September 4, 1982 in the city of Voronezh, which is located 500 km south of Moscow, in a simple working but friendly large family. From childhood, my favorite pastime was drawing, where you could come up with your own interesting world and realize vivid fantasies.Having received a school certificate, but not receiving support from loved ones that my destiny is to be an artist, and this is just self-indulgence, Bagno went to higher educational institutions of the city and received degrees in engineering and economics, as well as 10 years of career in the banking sector. But wherever he studied and worked, everyone knew that he was an artist.At the age of 33, there was a rethinking of himself present - why is a creative person running from his destiny in this world?In 2015, Bagno leaves for Moscow for a change, leaving the past in Voronezh. In Moscow, he meets artists who further strengthened his faith in himself and in the path he chose. Already at that time he had accumulated a lot of sketches, drawings, paintings that had been written on the desk since 2000, the year when Bagno took the start in the direction of the VANGUARD. And the reason for the avant-garde was one review of a friend who, seeing his pencil drawing, asked where it was drawn from and what it was clearly copied by the great artist. At this moment, Bagno realized that he could create his own world - the BAGNO WORLD.
At the moment, Alexander Bagno considers himself a COSMOPOLITAN. He feels good where he is happy - where his dreams come true!
In 2017, to focus on creativity, he moved from the bustling capital to the city of Tula, after a bright victory in April this year at the 5th Russian Championship of Beards and Mustaches (RBCM2017), acting in the image of his profession by vocation - an artist, ahead of 113 participants out of 27 cities of Russia. This victory was a clear sign for the avant-garde artist to continue to present himself to the world.
With this turn of life, another dream came true, to work in the field of culture, namely as a theater actor. From October 2017 to the present, he serves as a drama artist at the Tula theater HERMITAGE, whose name is most attractive for a Russian artist.
A year later, in October 2018, the artist-actor was invited to take part in the project of the multimedia exhibition "Van Gogh: Letters to Theo" of the Likerka Loft shopping and business complex, where he acted as a scriptwriter and actor who played the role of his famous colleague in an immersive one-man show.
The works of Alexander Bagno have been exhibited at Russian and international exhibitions of contemporary art, and are also in private collections of very bright Russian pop stars - singer Philip Kirkorov and ballerina Anastasia Volochkova.
