1981 - graduated from the Secondary Art School attached to Repin Institut, Leningrad
1981-83 - external student of Repin Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture
1990 - graduated from the Art Faculty of Herzen Pedagogical University;
diploma work - series of colour linocuts "Pskovshina"
1990-93 - teacher of the Art Faculty of Herzen University, Graphic Department;
The artist was always mostly fascinated by some graphic arts, and she tried them in her work, making engravings, lithographs, book illustrations.
The last years she also works in different painting techniques - oil, watercolour, pastel, monotype, gouache. She is a member of St.-Petersburg Society of Watercolour Artists. Her favorite genres are landscapes, still-lifes and especially portraits, taken from nature, photos or from memory.
The works are in private collections in Russia, Holland, Germany, Finland, USA, Chili, England, Canada, etc.
The artist makes portraits of children and adults to order in different sizes and materials.

Credo
“If I try to call my style of painting, it may have a name of “romantic realism”. Abroad they often name that kind of painting “Russian impressionism”, but I think it`s not a really proper term. I prefer the word “realism”. I mean realism as honesty. A picture must be exact, but not naturalistic. It must reflect a soul of an artist. My works are pieces of my life, my window out myself into the enormous infinite world”.
