My subjects,

Inky gaze, dream, and rebels

tell a story, a scenario,...straight out of my

Imagination,

I transport them from one reality to another,

everything goes through the physical... the looks, the bodies express everything that words cannot say...
I am not looking for an aesthetic interpretation, that one could qualify as beautiful. ..

As beauty is all relative... I strive to translate emotions, fragility,

scars, the feverishness in the gaze, or the confidence touches me much more than a flawless figure and I find that, truly, beauty charged with life.

     Trees Theme Series

I consider trees as silent observers,

A plant crowd that shares our existence, and reminds us

that we are fragile and rooted in a certain way…

In my painting what matters to me is to try to transcribe

The emotional force that they give off.

I try to transpose with watercolor (sometimes mixed with ink or acrylic) their personalities,

their charisma that often commands respect.
