Anikitos Yiannoudis was born in Cyprus in 1974. He lives and works in Athens(Greece).
He studied Painting in the Athens School of Fine Arts, under professor D. Mitaras. He also studied Stage design, Engraving, printmaking and Byzantine art. He continued his studies in the postgraduate department (MFA) of the Edinburgh College of Art in the U.K under professor Glen Onwin. He studied “Hellenism and the West” in the National Capodistrian University of Athens.
He also studied “Religion, Literature, Interpretive, Education” in the Aegean University of Greece.
During his studies he was proposed twice for a scholarship.
He holds the following Prizes:
1st Painting Prize at the age of 9 years old from the Halandri Aetopoulio Cultural Center in Halandri(Athens).
1st place and scholarship at the entry examination of the Athens School of Fine Arts.
1st Prize and scholarship from the State Scholarship Foundation of Greece for qualifying in my studies of the academic year 1996-1997.

He worked as an artists around the world,South Korea,Greece, Cyprus and the United Kingdom undertaking byzantine murals, paintings and mosaics. He also works as a stage designer with Kyrenia Opera of New York.

He worked as an art teacher in Junior High schools as a teacher of Art History in public institutes and in the Ministry of Education and Culture of Greece.

He has presented his work in 5 solo and numerous group exhibitions in Greece and abroad.
