Born in Sinaloa, Mexico, I loved cartoons since I was a child and I was the recipient of a great imagination, which at an early age I was able to reflect in small but daring drawings of my greatest ideas or the cartoons I saw on television. I always had the fantasy of creating characters and giving them life in an artistic work where I mix madness, fun, fantasy and reality, creating a chaotic scenario captured on a sheet of paper where there are no limitations. In my adolescence I discovered how easy it was for me to create characters with a very particular style, being a mix of collage, anime and doodles with the aim of filling every space on the paper with a new and twisted character. Over the years I have developed advanced techniques achieving a visual improvement to my art with each line drawn in detail, telling a story, feeling, or moments of my life reflected in my own drawings. Hundreds or thousands of characters have accompanied me on this artistic journey, these being original creations or based on some reference, but which makes them my own style, based solely on the first thought behind each first drawn line, becoming spontaneous creations with the intention of giving the world a fun, unique and very peculiar innovation. In these works you will find freedom of expression in its maximum splendor, without barriers or limitations, because that is what makes me happy, because with my creations I want to reach any corner of the world, taking the imagination beyond the limit, exploring unknown scenarios, chaotic landscapes, new and cartoonish characters, bizarre things or from other worlds, because that is where my happiness lies, because that is me, that is Almodovarts.
