Greek touches (2022) 絵画 Alex Furio によって

Alex Furio started painting at the age of 14, in the School of Fine Arts “Rogelio Yrurtia” in Buenos Aires. Here he first studied the technic of acrylics, oils and watercolors. And here he was inspired by surealism and abstract art. Artists like Dali, Miro, Magritte, Klee, Pollok and the Argentinian Xul Solar became his idols.His Mother, a professor of Plastic Arts and a designer of artistic hats, always supported him in his love for the arts. After some years of full time employment in several office jobs, he decided 10 years ago, to focus on his artistic vocation, and started a new career as make-up-artist. Since six years he is completely focussing on his paintings.Two years ago, due to a wonderful turn of life, he met the Argentine artist Helena Distefano, co-founder of the artistic movement Essentialism, who became his teacher and mentor. The Essentialism, with its idea of creating an initial chaos, and continue to evolve the art work by listening to this chaos, completely revolutionized Alex's art, tearing down old structures and creating a more unstructured and free place. The result are inspiring art works, that touch the hearts of the viewers and strengthen the existing positive energies. Currently lives in Zurich.
