Alessandro Ceccarelli

Alessandro Ceccarelli is a freelance photographer based in London. His passion for photography started in Florence, when working in a studio as a graphic designer. During this period he realised that working on a desk didn't fit with his temperament and  quickly decided to shift to the photographic medium. It was something he had been playing with using an old (1963) Zenith he received as a present from his stepmother. The next step was setting up a dark room in the tiny bedroom he was renting, where he spent whole nights developing and printing.

After a few years of practice and experimentation he decided to move to the digital, starting a career as a commercial photographer.
