Ales Filipovich

Ales Filipovich (Alexander Mikhailovich Filippovich) was born in Minsk on May 2, 1959

In 1974 he graduated from art school, in 1979 from the Glebov Art School and in 1993 from the Academy of Arts in Minsk (department of easel painting).

The first all-Union exhibition of young artists, which took place in 1982, was the beginning of the artist's exhibition activities.

He took part in numerous national and international art exhibitions and plein airs in Belarus, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, France, Italy, Russia. The paintings are in private collections in Belarus, America, England, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Lithuania and New Zealand.

The portrait of the national poet of Belarus Nil Gilevich is in the Belarusian National Gudevich Museum, in the Slutsk Art Gallery - the painting “Autumn . Polissya Landscape", in the National Library of the Republic of Belarus - three landscapes: "July", "Golden Autumn" and "Autumn Oak".

Ales Filippovich is a member of the Belarusian Union of Artists, works in the genre of historical painting, portrait, landscape, still life.
