This is a vibrant in colour and texture painting of iconic London skyline seen across the river Thames at sunset. The 'square mile' showcases a stunning spectacle at sunset. As the sun dips below the horizon, the London skyline transforms, with skyscrapers reflecting the vibrant colours of the sky. Iconic skyscrapers like the Gherkin, the 'Cheesegrater' and very impressive the 'Walkie-Talkie' building are illuminated by the warm, golden light, creating a picturesque view. The glass facades of the buildings reflect the sunset's colours, adding a vibrant touch to the scene.
This statement canvas showcases bright and dynamic kaleidoscope of colours. Crafted with many layers of vibrant hand mixed acrylic paint creating three-dimensional effect with visible palette knife marks and brushstrokes.
Each painting is my unique interpretation of the scene I wanted to capture. Expression of joy and happiness, reminding you of the places you love and treasure.
Colours I chose are mainly different shades of blue, purple, green with accents of vibrant orange, yellow, pink. This colourful statement piece will transform your home.

Welcome to my Art Gallery! I’m an artist based in Norwich, United Kingdom who specialises in cityscape and landscape palette knife paintings. I love vibrant colours, bold textures and my favourite medium is acrylic. I am a self taught artist originally from Poland. I am taking my inspiration from the beautiful places I have visited or would love to visit and interpreting them through modern expressionism and impressionism.
I graduated from Fine Art High School in Poland, in the field of textile art. Profession: Visual arts. Specialty: Functional Design. That's where my love for painting began.
I didn't paint at all until I was in my mid 30s. With so much more life experience and love of painting still on my mind, I decided to turn my dream of becoming a full time artist into reality.
I discovered my unique art style which was noticed by the VOGUE magazine. One of my vibrant New York cityscapes called RAIN IN NEW YORK was featured in 100th edition of VOGUE Magazine. This gave me the confidence to continue with my unique style of painting. And focus on the wonders of cityscapes and landscapes from around the world.
My inspiration comes from everywhere, allowing for vast freedom and scope for creativity. A new project can stem from a tiny idea or detail I may have focused on including shapes, unusual colour combinations, beautiful landscapes or vibrant cities and towns. I work with acrylic paint and various palette knives to achieve bold highly textured modern artwork. I find playing with vibrant color and bold texture a very exciting process. Within my portfolio you will find mainly city landscapes often with person or group of people completing unique and beautiful one of a kind scene I have witnessed and wanted to capture. I am taking my inspiration from the beautiful places I have visited or would love to visit and interpreting them through modern expressionism and impressionism.
