All funds received from the sale of prints of all my works, I will transfer to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine!

Never before has my palette been so gloomy.
There is a war in my country. In the early days it was very difficult to believe in it, but reality and events quickly forced me to accept it. Every day many people die in Ukraine, every day Russia's aggression looks more and more like terrorism. Lots of grief, fear, and tears. While I was painting this picture, it's hard to say how many times the air raid alarm sounded and I had to hide in cover. This is scary. Every day is like the previous one. Every time I go to bed, I think about whether morning will come for me, and every time I wake up and read the news, I understand that for a huge number of people it has not come.
I want you to understand what the Ukrainian people feel and how they live for a whole month now, looking at my picture.
I've been looking forward to spring...
But spring won't come...

Yuliia Khazova is a contemporary Ukrainian painter whose artistic journey is marked by a distinctive approach to capturing the essence of reality. Rather than striving for the meticulous realism of details, Yuliia channels reality through the filter of her unique perception, ensuring that the canvas resonates with the most vital element - the atmosphere.

In each painting, Yuliia engages in a creative improvisation, skillfully transferring the essence of objects, their textures, and shapes. Her preference leans towards city landscapes, particularly those enveloped in the enchanting embrace of night. It is within this nocturnal realm that light and darkness engage in a mesmerizing dance, a quality she skillfully captures on canvas. Yuliia aspires for each viewer to mentally immerse themselves in the narrative woven by her art.

Surrounding herself with beauty that inspires and fuels her creativity, Yuliia finds joy in dreaming and discovering beauty in the simplicity of life. Her artistic philosophy centers on creating a unique world of harmony, reflecting her deep love for art as an integral part of her life since early childhood. Yuliia's journey involved extensive self-study of painting, and her commitment to continuous learning remains a driving force in her creative exploration.

For Yuliia Khazova, art is a means of stopping a moment on the canvas, freezing it in time for contemplation and appreciation. Currently focusing on acrylic paints in the styles of impressionism and realism, Yuliia remains open to the vast possibilities that art offers. In her view, the world, like the artist herself, is multifaceted and endlessly intriguing, and art serves as a boundless realm of self-expression. In her creations, Yuliia Khazova invites viewers to share in her unique perspective, offering a glimpse into a world where atmospheres take precedence, and the beauty of simplicity is celebrated without constraints.
