Cette dualité que l’on retrouve dans tous les aspects de l’Univers, exprime plus une complémentarité qu’une opposition réelle. Le yin et le yang expriment cette complémentarité : l’un n’existant pas sans l’autre, il y a toujours du yin au sein du yang et vice-versa. Le noir (absence de toute couleur) n’est concevable que par rapport au blanc (présence de toutes les couleurs), la nuit par rapport au jour, la gauche par rapport à la droite, la femme par rapport à l’homme. Les contraires sont en fait complémentaires …
Ensemble de petits morceaux de tissu à bord brut, dans la gamme des noirs et blancs, collés sur un tissu de fond, puis retravaillés au piqué libre à la machine.
Le dos de l'oeuvre est imprimé par thermofax.
Des "portes" laissent passer les personnages d'un côté à l'autre de l'oeuvre ...

If a creative vein was present for a long time, traditional embroidery, training in printing techniques and training in painting affirmed my creative penchant.
