The artist Tetiana Hliadchenko is from picturesque Vyzhnytsia, which is popularly called the Gate of the Carpathians. It is the smallest town in Europe.
Her creative career began in her childhood.
She graduated from Vyzhnytsia Art School, Vyzhnytsia Applied Arts College and Chernivtsi National University, where she obtained a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts, Decorative Arts, and Restoration.
Tetiana adores the Carpathians and rhapsodises about them in her canvases. She depicts various states of nature, enjoys drawing sketches, and paints landscapes directly from nature.
She also often paints children’s portraits in watercolours. The transparency and lightness of these colours help to capture the main features of the child’s face and convey its purity.
Tetiana loves watching how other artists create their masterpieces; this motivates her not to waste time and work. The Carpathian town is full of creative and talented people, so she has the opportunity to draw sketches and communicate with such artists as Volodymyr Voroniuk, Vitalii Pysariuk, Vitalii Kosovych, and many others not only in Vyzhnytsia, but also in other parts of Ukraine.
Currently, she is a member of the Bukovyna Association of Watercolourists, a candidate to membership in the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, an active participant in international, all-Ukrainian, regional exhibitions, fairs, plein airs.
Despite the situation in the country, she continues to participate in various international projects, where she presents her art works that convey the authenticity of the Ukrainian people, develops culture at the artistic level.
