Subtitle: And on the seventh day God created colors
Everyone knows that God created the world in six days and on the seventh day he rested, but not everybody knows that the seventh day, about five o'clock in the afternoon God begin to get bored (it was a very energetic type and could not sit still for a long time).
Not knowing what to do he went to the window to watch the world that he had just created but found that he created it in black and white, everything was very sad and monotonous. To see that pale spectacle he became sad and a little tear came out of his left eye and fell down from the window to the sea.
Suddenly all the oceans of the earth became blue, the clouds White, the sky light blue, the meadows green. All the birds were painted, the fish became silver and sunsets gold.
God jumped back in that wonder! and become pleased to himself (as it was alone!) to find that "Brilliant"!
Happily he left the house and , since it was dinner time, he decided to go to eat a pizza that he had created the day before, but still did not know what flavor he had.
And so it was that on the seventh day, at about 5.30 pm God created COLOURS. . . , And there was evening and there was morning, the seventh day.

Simone Parri is a contemporary Italian artist. Parri believes that art is not about filling an empty space with a form, but rather about adding empty space to a form that already exists. He disassembles and reassembles each shape or form, adding "the void" in the process. Plastic polymers are used to create the sculptures, which are then mounted/suspended on plexiglass.

Simone Parri was born in 1961, in Italy. He exhibited his works nationally.
