From the age of 10, my father, a remarkable 'Sunday artist', introduced me to drawing, oil painting, perspective and art history. It was at this age that I was confronted with my first creations.

I then studied visual arts for two years, from 1982 to 1984 at the National School of Fine Arts, in Veracruz, Mexico.

From 1985 to 2004, I had different professional activities and was involved in writing, directing, sculpture, video or multimedia product design projects.

During this period I created around twenty paintings, trying out different styles, in oil or acrylic.

Since August 2004, I decided to get involved completely and full-time in a real creative process linked to painting.
